Rural Medicine Elective

I'm currently an R2 at a community hospital in the mid-atlantic. I've started to become interested in rural medicine as a career choice, but wanted to get some better experience/exposure. I'd like to do an away elective where I can see the benefits/downfalls of rural medicine and get more procedural experience. Do you guys know of any programs that take visiting residents on?
